Builds fail more often on documentation than on engineering. The wrong parts arrive, the wrong drawings ship, the build crew runs into a configuration the parts list didn't expect.
CoGrid Designer closes the loop. Floor plans are drawn in 2D, snapping to the structural grid. The 3D frame generates live as the plan resolves. The parts list (CSV) goes to manufacturing, the CAD (STP) goes to engineering review, and a single shared model travels with the project.
Designer is optional. The system works equally well from your own drawings. But it's the fastest path from concept to verified parts list, and it removes the most common cause of on-site delay.
