Rockhouse invents, manufactures, and licenses structural systems engineered for the conditions modern construction actually faces — scarce trades, stretched supply chains, programmes that can't slip. CoGrid is our answer.
Rockhouse started with a single observation: the parts of the world that need durable infrastructure the most are the parts where conventional construction fails first. Cranes can’t reach. Skilled labour isn’t available. Supply chains snap.
The CoGrid platform is the answer that fell out of the engineering. A three-component steel chassis, formed in-theatre from a single feedstock, bolted together by a small crew, lifted by the structure itself. No crane on critical path. No specialist trades. No prefab supplier in the chain.
It took the better part of a decade to take that idea through engineering, testing, patents, and a full prototype build. The next step is operational proof, with the right partner.
If the build crew has to be skilled for the structure to hold up, the system is wrong. The certainty has to live in the parts and the bolt pattern, not the person fitting them.
We build the same chassis the same way every time. Boring is what makes deployments repeatable, auditable, and defensible at procurement scale.
We tell partners what's proven and what isn't. Pilots exist to convert 'not yet' into 'proven'. Pretending it's already proven costs everyone more downstream.
